A variety of flowering plants, insects and reptiles can be seen in the grassland habitat.

Oak, grasses, reeds, cocksfoot grass, hedge parsley, bramble, hogweed, oat grass, horsetail, rosebay willowherb, tansey, oxeye daisy, ribwort plantain, hawkbit, hop trefoil, bindweed, St John's wort, lesser bindweed, wild carrot, hardrush, bristly oxtongue, ragwort, bird's foot trefoil, fleabane, great hairy willowherb, wormwood, marsh thistle, purple clover, bedstraw, purple toadflax, dock, hardhead, coltsfoot.

On the sunny slopes it is possible to see reptiles.
