The gravelled areas now have many plants growing on them including; ragwort, cranesbill, geranium, silver birch, bramble, hawkweed, crack willow, sallow, bramble, oxeye daisy, rose, tansey, bristly oxtongue, bee orchid, pink clover, black clover, hop trefoil, coltsfoot, oat grass, marsh thistle, hard rush, fleabane, ragwort, dock, buttercup, wild carrot and bird's foot trefoil.
