Our Key Stage 3/4 programmes reinforce the good scientific methods which we aim to establish in the Primary School. Programmes of study make use of a range of habitats and the excellent educational resources which the centre provides. River and pond studies are very popular. The River Stour, which runs along side the reserve, provides a clean, species rich and safe environment in which to study. This can be compared with the pond environment which has noticably different communities and physical conditions. As well as scientific study, the opportunity exists for work within other curricular areas, including Geography, Art and Information Technology.
