Canterbury Environmental Education Centre

'A' Level

CEEC has been used for more than twenty years as a centre for 'A' level field studies. There is a wealth of information in our data bases and records of a range of previous investigations. Field courses are run for both Biology and Geography and vary in length from two to four days. CEEC provides the specialist equipment required by these programmes, including pH, oxygen meters and data loggers. The wide range of habitats provides for many different species of plants and animals to be studied. The centre staff have expertise in 'A' level tuition. In addition we can also support work in other environments including marine studies and coastal biology in co-operation with our partners in France. CEEC can help you design programmes of study specific to your needs.
