Rabbit

Rabbits can be found in large numbers in both grassland and woodland. Rabbits live in a complex series of tunnels in the ground. This is called a warren. Rabbits have a good sense of hearing and thump the ground with their hind legs to warn others when there is danger. They once occurred in their millions and were a pest to farmers. The disease Myxomatosis was introduced to try to control their numbers.
