Infant Explorer - email us page

This page of instructions has been written specifically for Kent Teachers who are using RM Easymail as part of the
Kent Laptop Scheme. (It is intended that this part of the process be carried out by the teacher.)

E-mail Sebastian Swan.

First print out this sheet of instructions.

Make sure your printer is connected and switched on.

Left click on the "Print" button at the top of this page.

Left click on the "OK" button.

Now you can use the printed instructions to help you E-mail Sebastian.

Sebastian's E-mail address is:

Copy the E-mail address

Place the mouse at the beginning of Sebastian's address on the screen so that the mouse arrow turns into a line.

Left click with the mouse and by keeping your finger pressed down, drag the mouse across the address so it appears highlighted in blue.

Remove your finger - the address remains highlighted blue.

Point the mouse arrow cursor on the address and right click so that this menu appears:

Left click "copy".

Open Your EasyMail page

Now left click on the "Favorites" button at the top of Internet Explorer. ( You will need to be already connected to the Internet to send an E-mail.)

Open your RM EasyMail folder favorite. (Probably called "Our School's EasyMail".)

Enter your username and password.

Send E-mail to Sebastian

Left click the "Create" button.

Put Sebastian's E-mail address in the "To" box: Right click in the "To" box and left click "Paste" on the menu that appears.

Now you and the children can write your messages to Sebastian in the message box.

Left click "Send" when you are ready.

(Alternatively write down the address and type it into the "To" box!)
