Thank you for this E-mail,

Love Sebastian Swan.
April 2002

Dear Sebastian,
After reading your story "Sebastian's Waddle" we took your advice and walked
around our school looking for signs of spring. We then came back and wrote
about what we could see, hear, touch and smell. These are some of the things
that we found
We could see buds, blossom and flowers
We could smell fresh air and our dinner cooking
We could touch the petals and the grass
We could hear the birds and the wind
We are going to be doing an assembly about our walk on May 13th and are going
to share an acted out version of Sebastian's Waddle with the rest of the
school and our parents.
Thank you for giving us a good starting point for our assembly e-mail you
again soon

Dear Sebastian,
Our play about Sebastian's Waddle went so well. We would like to read another
story about how you keep warm in the Winter and how you try and swim. In the
Winter there is ice and on hot days you could go in the pond and cool down.
Love from Xenia in Class 1T at Downs View Infant School
