Introduction
For over 30 years, Howletts and Port Lympne have bred rare and endangered animals with the eventual aim of returning them to safe areas of the wild. All of our animals are kept in surroundings as near as possible to their natural habitat which is a strong contributory factor to our successful breeding programme.
A school visit to either park offers students an enjoyable experience across the curriculum while increasing their understanding of the need for conservation and the preservation of the natural world.
