On the B2067, between Hamstreet and Woodchurch. From the M20, juction 10, follow
the A2070 towards Brenzett. At Hamstreet turn right towards Woodchurch and Tenterden
(follow brown tourist signs) for 3 milees. The Centre is on the right. We are
only 11 miles from the motorway.
What can you see here
Rare and traditional breeds of British farm animals, old breeds which are no
longer kept commercially. These breeds maintain the genetic diversity available
to agriculture that will ensure the security of farming's future. Most of the
animals have an interesting appearance - cattle with handlebar horns, sheep
wioth curly wool, spotty pigs and tall ducks. The animals are friendly and can
be handled. Also woodland paths and ponds. A FUN as well as an educational day
out.
