Where is Reculver Country Park?
Reculver Country Park is situated along the North Kent Coast, three miles
east of Herne Bay. It is accessible from Herne Bay through Beltinge and
Hillborough or from the Thanet Way (A299). The towers can be readily seen
from the Thanet Way. The main car park is close to the towers.

What is Reculver Country Park?
Reculver Country Park consists of 37 hectares of coastal land stretching
from Reculver to Bishopstone Glen.
Part of the Country Park is a Local Nature Reserve and much of it is
designated SSSI. It is site of geological, historical and wildlife interest.
When is it open?
There is open access to the Country Park and historical site at all times.
The Information Centre houses a display on the wildlife, geology, history
and coastal engineering in the area.
Centre opening times:
April, May, June, September: Tuesday - Sunday & Bank Holidays. 11.0am - 5.00pm.
October - March: Sundays only, 11.00am - 3.00pm.
A programme of walks and events is organised in the park, and volunteers
regularly help the warden on practical tasks.
