Ripple Down House can be found six miles from Dover and three miles from Deal, near the village of Ringwould.
What is Ripple Down House?
Ripple Down House is a residential Environmental Education Centre. It is set in three acres of grounds including a large pond, problem solving area, playing field, barbeque site and fitness trail.
What facilities are there?
The centre houses bedrooms, shower rooms, toilets, dining areas, recreation rooms and study rooms. There are also camping facilities for small groups and a centre shop.
Visiting groups have free use of outdoor clothing, field studies and audiovisual equipment, reference books, the Robert Jacob Collection of stuffed birds and mammals, rocks and fossils. There is also a seventeen seater minibus and a seven seater Space Cruiser with seatbelts and driver available for hire.
