Maple Trees
We are now walking along a corridor of maple trees. In the autumn these turn beautiful yellow and scarlet colours. Under the trees we find a dense covering of Horsetails. Below us on the marshy banks is a good place to find slow worms. We know that there are at least 180 slow-worms living here.....how do we know this?
